<p>What a glorious, triumphal entrance to River Landing could be made if Victoria Bridge were transformed into a pedestrian, wheel-chair and bike friendly hanging garden! A dramatic pathway punctuated with flower beds and prairie plants. This significant heritage structure from Saskatoon&#8217;s past could become a grand and expressive entrance to our River Landing project; it then would symbolically and literally represent the passage from our founding years to the modern present.</p>
